Chinese Actress Yuan Li's awkward fashion at the highest government honors for movie in Beijing

The 14th Huabiao Film Awards, the highest government honors for the movie industry in China, was held in Beijing Sunday.
In the Huabiao Film Awards Presentation Ceremony, "Beginning of The Great Revival" and nine other films received the Outstanding Film award. "The Founding of a Republic," "Aftershock" and "Ocean Heaven" separately received three awards.
